  • Our Mission

It is our desire to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care to our patients in Merced, California and offer the best possible services for our clients.

We highly value the continued trust and goodwill of our clients. Courtesy and patience with clients and their pets are priority.
  • Patient Arrival Policy

Patient Arrival:  If you are new to our office, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can serve you more efficiently.

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delays are inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your own safety and to protect others, dogs must be on a leash and cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.

Please inform our staff before bringing animals with signs of respiratory infections (i.e. coughing or sneezing) or gastrointestinal infections (i.e. vomiting or diarrhea) into the waiting or exam areas. We will take any animal that might have a contagious respiratory or gastrointestinal illness to a separate area for evaluation and treatment, as appropriate. This helps prevent spreading serious illnesses to other pets. Thank you!
